W Management is a firm specializing in vacation apartment rentals management in destination cities such as Paris and London since 2010. We started by renting one of our own properties and upon seeing how lucrative the business was, we decided to assist property owner in renting their properties with ease. The company has doubled in size in the past year and anticipates significant growth in 2019 with the acquisition of new properties and the launching of new cities throughout Europe.

W Management is currently seeking a full-time Remote Guest Relations Agent to join our dedicated Reservations team. This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking for a “work from home” position, giving you a little more freedom and flexibility than a typical office job (think of what you can do with the time saved from commuting to work!). You will play a key role in the “behind the scenes” side of our business, ensuring a smooth guest experience from start to finish.

Key responsibilities will include:
Overseeing and processing reservations for our entire European property portfolio
Managing several distribution channels and online travel agencies
Being the first point of contact for our international clientele
Delivering a consistently high level of customer service in an accurate manner
Assisting clients in finding the best vacation rental property to suit their needs
Coordinating and scheduling guest arrivals
Performing other tasks based on your strengths
The ideal candidate:
Has prior experience in hospitality as a hotel reservations agent, receptionist or similar
Has an exceptional level of written English, other languages are a bonus
Is highly organised with an acute attention to detail (you’ll prove this by mentioning your favorite dessert in your cover letter)
Is confident and ambitious, a strong communicator and a team player
Is self-motivated and can work efficiently with little supervision
Is well-versed in systems such as G-Suite, Macbook, Office and more
Has an ability to adapt quickly to change and adopt new technological developments
