W Management is a firm specializing in vacation apartment rentals management in destination cities such as Paris and London since 2010. We started by renting one of our own properties and upon seeing how lucrative the business was, we decided to assist property owner in renting their properties with ease. The company has doubled in size in the past year and anticipates significant growth in 2019 with the acquisition of new properties and the launching of new cities throughout Europe. 

 The W Management Team is composed of 50 young and driven individuals from all over the world, collaborating together across our many locations around Europe.  We believe that our internationality is one of our greatest assets, as it allows us to take a global approach in everything we do.  W Management is now looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern based in London. It is an exciting time to be joining our team as business is thriving and we are searching for the best talent to make our team grow from 50 to 100 employees in the next year.  This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates looking for a rich and rewarding experience in the Human Resources, Hospitality, Psychology, Real Estate and Management fields.  All in all, you will be the lead recruiter in a fast-paced startup.   

 Responsibilities will include:
Making key decisions regarding hiring to reach our target of 100 employees
Strategizing with company managers to analyze current and potential talent and put the right people in the right roles
Building our team and identifying hiring needs
Writing catchy job posts to attract the best profiles and potential
Finding new creative ways to recruit talent and publishing job posts
Creating a strong company brand and maintain our Careers page, LinkedIn page and more
Managing recruitment email, sorting CVs and participating in the selection process
Holding interviews and eventually scheduling secondary interviews for managers
Maintaining staff records and other administrative tasks as necessary

 Essential Skills and Requirements:
Strong communicator with creative writing skills and innovative thinking
Meticulously organized with a sharp attention to detail. You’ll prove it by mentioning your favourite dessert in your cover letter.
Passion for growth and personal development
Willingness to accept responsibility and work independently in tight timeframes
Languages: Fluent French and English required
Student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Management or Psychology

Compensation: £700 per month
Contract: 6-month internship, with the possibility of a full-time job offer based on performance.
