Part-time position based in Saint Julian’s – must have availability the afternoon (from 13h00-19h00).  Perfect for students or freelancers!

W Management is a firm specializing in vacation apartment rentals management in Malta since 2014. We started by renting one of our own properties and upon seeing how lucrative the business was, we decided to assist property owner in renting their properties with ease. We now manage 20 properties in the Saint Julian’s area. 

W Management is now hiring a Welcoming Team Assistant to help with afternoon checkins in Malta.  We need a driven, energetic and young individual who is self-motivated to join our team in a fast-paced startup environment.  No two days on the job will be the same! It is a great opportunity to practice your English, meet new people and visit beautiful properties.

Assignment of tasks:
– Checking in and welcoming our clients from around the into their vacation rental
– Creating a supportive and pleasant atmosphere for residents during the walkthrough and inventory, introduction to the apartment and its appliances, providing tips on Malta, etc.
– Managing the Customer Service phone to help arrange client arrivals and schedule appointments

Communication and teamwork skills,
Good attitude and friendly disposition
Willingness to accept responsibility,
Languages: Must be comfortable conversing in English
Flexible, with afternoon availability
Good knowledge of Malta sights and transport systems
Minimum commitment of 2 months

Rotating schedule – 5 days on, 1 day off, 6 days on, 2 days off
Starting salary 400€/month
