Our story and mission
About W Management International
Our company was established over eight years ago with the aim to provide property owners with the solutions and support they need in order to maximize their property’s profitability. We started by managing a few small flats and found there was a great demand for what we were offering. Several years later, we have formed bonds with more than 350 owners who have entrusted their apartments to us. We are now well-established in London, Paris, Brussels, Switzerland, and Malta and look forward to exploring new horizons in other countries and destination cities soon.
Today we are seeking to collaborate with new property owners. Thanks to high occupancy rates year round, we are able to guarantee consistently high revenues over a 3-year contract. We only make a 10-18% margin, while property owners obtain a higher rental revenue than the average market price. Whether you are seeking to move abroad or simply invest in a second home, we are here to offer support to ensure that your property remains in good hands so you can concentrate on other projects.

W Management International is currently looking for new apartments, from spacious studios to 4-bedroom apartments and more, located in the heart of our destination cities, for a minimum duration of one year in order to respond to the ever-increasing demand of our tourist and business clientele. Entrust your property to us and forget about all of your rental worries!
How does it work? W Management International will become the long-term tenant of your apartment and will be wholly responsible for the management and maintenance of your property. There are no extra service charges or hidden management fees for our owners. W Management International is for you:
· Profitabililty: A strong occupancy rate for all of our properties over the past several years allows us to provide a fixed rent to you, payable by bank transfer every first of the month.
· Maintenance: W Apartments is solely responsible for the condition of your apartment. Technical monitoring and maintenance of your apartment is provided by our technical and maintenance professionals, salaried employees of W Management International.
· Availability: You can occupy your apartment yourself by simply informing us of your rental dates in advance.

The deposit
To ensure that our guests treat your home as their own, we require a damage deposit from each and every guest to cover any and all eventualities.
