You will be paid via bank transfer at the beginning of each month.

We work with 10% to 18% commissions. Once a contract is signed and a commission is agreed upon, you will receive the bank transfers, without any additional fees.

Your property will help us to meet the needs of our international clientele brought to us from outside agencies. Our guests are mostly comprised of business travelers and families.
What about my property’s upkeep and maintenance?
Once your property comes into management with us, we handle everything from electrical, water, gas and electricity bills to routine maintenance controls.

We offer weekly cleaning and linens change service to ensure that your property stays in top shape.
Are you insured?
Absolutely! We take out comprehensive insurance for each of the properties we manage, as well as for our entire team.
What kind of support do you offer to owners?
After the signature of a contract, you'll be put in direct contact with our City Manager who be at your service and manage all of your queries and concerns. They will keep you informed about any changes to be made to the property during the lease in order to maintain the high standing of the property throughout the duration of the contract.
