How does it work?

W Management International will become the long-term tenant of your apartment and will be wholly responsible for the management and maintenance of your property. There are no extra service charges or hidden management fees for our owners. W Management International is for you:
– Profitability: A strong occupancy rate for all of our apartments over the past several years allows us to provide a fixed rent to you, payable by bank transfer every first of the month.
– Maintenance: W Management International is solely responsible for the condition of your apartment. Technical monitoring and maintenance of your apartment is provided by our technical and maintenance professionals.
– Availability: You can occupy your apartment yourself by simply informing us of your rental dates in advance.

– A guaranteed monthly rent all year round. Rent is paid at the beginning of each month – even if the apartment is vacant, we will pay you the full amount of your rent throughout the year.
– We manage everything from A to Z! From electricity and cable bills to maintenance and cleaning, W Management International takes care of everything throughout the tenancy.
– The Deposit. To ensure that our guests treat your home as their own, we require a damage deposit from each and every guest to cover any and all eventualities.
– We’re Insured! We have comprehensive insurance coverage for all of our properties and staff.
